CALLED 2 WEEKS AGO AND WAS TOLD IT WAS IN THE WAREHOUSE READY FOR SHIPMENT - A TOTAL LIE. ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. THE WAY I GOT THROUGH WAS AS IF I WAS GOING TO PLACE AN ORDER. IF A PRODUCT IS DELAYED, JUST LET ME KNOW; DON'T IGNORE ME OR LIE TO ME.
IT IS A REAL SIMPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO DO. LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY.
IT IS NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION IN, ESPECIALLY WHEN OTHER COMPANIES GET THEIR ORDERS TO YOU IN A FEW DAYS AND AT THE VERY MOST, A WEEK, NOT A MONTH LIKE THIS COMPANY. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN WIL I ORDER FROM DREAM PRODUCTS
